Letters will include information on how to complete survey
Manx households will be receiving census letters in the coming days ahead of next weekend's survey of the Island's population.
Letters will be posted from Monday (20 April), with the census itself taking place on Sunday 26 April.
The letter will explain how the census can be completed online, while options are available for those who'd prefer to respond in alternative ways.
The census should be completed on or as soon as practical after 26 April, and should include everyone who is usually resident in each household, even if they are not present on census night.
Those in hospital, residential care or prison will be counted separately.
The census office can be contacted by emailing census@gov.im or calling 685700, while a public counter will be available at Customs House in Douglas Railway Station for those who need forms and support from Monday 27 April.
