Policy and reform minister responds to difficulties with digital census
The Policy and Reform Minister says the messaging around this year's census 'wasn't clear enough'.
This year the process went digital, with government asking people to fill the document out online where possible.
Letters sent in the post detailed the change, but didn't make it clear that people had until 14 June to complete the document.
"From an I.T. point of view there's going to be a full 'wash-up' of all the issues, and why it struggled on the Sunday."

Mr Harmer says around 70% of the forms have been returned, so far.
