Reminder letters will also be sent
Technical issues with the online census system have now been fixed.
The Isle of Man Government has apologised for the 'inconvenience or frustration' caused over the weekend as many residents attempted to fill in the document.
More than 22,000 census forms have been completed – reminder letters will be sent later this month to any households which haven't submitted their information.
Census field officers will then begin visiting homes across the Island, from Monday 21 June, to offer assistance to those who haven't responded.
The information for the census – which is 'digital by default' this time – must relate to Sunday, 30 May.
