Indecision has eroded confidence - Caine
A 'period of certainty' is now required for those in receipt of public sector pensions.
That's the belief of Garff MHK Daphne Caine.
Speaking on yesterday's Sunday Opinion programme, she said years of debate over the deficit had rocked public confidence.
Mrs Caine also believes the Public Sector Pensions Authority has tried to be fair to the employer and employees - albeit at the expense of future benefits:
