Chief Minister discusses the year ahead
The Chief Minister says he doesn't expect the challenges facing the Island to get easier in 2023.
Alfred Cannan has been speaking to Manx Radio about the year ahead.
He insists his priorities remain creating a better Island for everyone.
But, Mr Cannan admits there are difficulties:
