Around 84 percent already landed
The Queen Scallop season is drawing to an end with around 84 per cent of the total allowable catch already landed.
It's been a difficult time for the industry with subdued market prices and ongoing transportation issues to the main markets on the continent.
Despite the problems catch levels and quality have been good.
