Survey focused on Economic Strategy
Government red tape is preventing businesses from investing and hindering growth.
That's the key finding of the latest quarterly business survey carried out by the Island's Chamber of Commerce.
The organisation says there's mounting evidence that both employers and employees are facing very challenging times.
