Drop-in session ahead of pilot scheme launch
People in the west of the Island are being reminded there's a chance to have their say on how care could be delivered within the local community in future.
Members of the Department of Health and Social Care's Integrated Care Pilot Team will be at the Peel Centenary Centre between 4pm and 8pm today (19 Sep) to gather views.
It's ahead of a pilot scheme being rolled out next February, as part of the Department's vision to create a system which delivers care as close to home as possible.
