Designs sought for gateway bollards
Artists are being invited to submit designs to feature on gateway bollards as part of the Douglas Promenade Refurbishment scheme.
Each of the four granite posts will be 1.4 metres tall and feature two side panels which will carry the winning designs.
Head of the Villa Marina, Gaiety Theatre and Arts, Emma Callin explained that it will be a wonderful opportunity for someone to be part of a lasting legacy for the Isle of Man.
The project is being supported by the Isle of Man Arts Council and designs should be submitted no later than 2nd January 2019 to the MyProm office in the Sea Terminal, Douglas.
