Footballer pleased IOM FA taking issue seriously
There needs to be a 'change in culture' to combat racism in Manx football, sport and in wider society.
That's according to an FC Isle of Man footballer who played a key role in a new diversity and inclusion report.
It was published by the Isle of Man Football Association this week.
Ninety-two per cent of respondents said Manx football was a safe and welcome environment - but 29 per cent said they'd seen or experienced racial abuse.
Furo Davies says there's still a way to go to tackle the issue:
Prostate cancer pathway available despite lack of screening
Aviation safety audit will be 'completely independent'
Public counters to close for refurbishment works
Businesses invited to meeting to discuss pending Minimum Wage rise
Castletown Commissioners apply for permission to have new works depot
