New framework created for food safety and quality
Steps to regulate the safety and quality of cows milk on the Island have been accepted unanimously by Tynwald members.
Recommendations from a Tynwald committee include a framework for food safety and quality issues and a testing regime for producer retailers.
Committee chair, and Douglas East MHK, Mrs Clare Barber said, when she started the process, drinking milk was as far as her knowledge went:

Funding model 'constraining' ability to tackle heritage 'critical maintenance backlog'
Ramsey Commissioners appeal for help after fly tipping incident
Pothole claims cost department thousands
Increase in scarlet fever on the Island
Government 'neglecting' heritage assets across the Island
