New framework created for food safety and quality
Steps to regulate the safety and quality of cows milk on the Island have been accepted unanimously by Tynwald members.
Recommendations from a Tynwald committee include a framework for food safety and quality issues and a testing regime for producer retailers.
Committee chair, and Douglas East MHK, Mrs Clare Barber said, when she started the process, drinking milk was as far as her knowledge went:
