They come into effect on 1 April
The Isle of Man Post Office has announced changes to bill payments from the start of April, which will affect Manx Utilities, Manx Telecom, Isle of Man Energy, TV Licensing, government rates, and Fixed Penalty Notices.
After 1 April, these bills can only be paid at five Post Office counters across the Island.
These are:
- Douglas Post Office, Strand Street
- Castletown Post Office, Co-op, The Parade
- Ramsey Post Office, Spar, Parliament Street
- Peel Post Office, Spar, Atholl Street
- Port Erin Post Office, Church Road
Payments at counters will also be limited to invoices of £650 or less, including VAT.
Customers with larger bills or who prefer not to use a counter are advised to contact their bill issuer directly to arrange alternative payment options.
