2022 has seen six changes with resignations, reshuffles and a sacking
The chief minister believes changes to the Council of Ministers can help prevent 'complacency'.
Throughout 2022, there have been six changes to CoMin, starting with David Ashford's resignation from Treasury in May.
Since then, there have been new ministers in health, infrastructure and enterprise.
