Broader Island-wide consultation expected this summer
Plans to make changes to the parking permit scheme in Port St Mary have been put on hold.
The infrastructure minister has confirmed proposals to amend parking restrictions in Disc Zone M have been paused in agreement with Port St Mary Commissioners.
Tim Crookall says a broader Island-wide consultation on disc zone policy and operations will be undertaken this summer.
As a result, the existing restrictions will remain in force in Port St Mary.
