People are to be able to visit relatives at Noble's Hospital, if they meet the specific criteria.
Health Minister David Ashford made the announcement at the latest government media conference.
There are currently no active cases of Covid-19 on the Isle of Man, with no new cases confirmed for the 15th consecutive day.
