Producers invited to exhibit with DEFA at shows
Food producers who want to exhibit in a government run marquee at two agricultural shows this summer are being encouraged to come forward.
It follows the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture’s decision to cancel the Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival.
It was something met with outcry from businesses, and the public, but the department said it wanted to focus on the Royal Manx Agricultural Show and Southern Agricultural Show. as well as ‘new initiatives’, instead.
Producers who want to be involved with the shows are asked to email: food@gov.im.
