Beach Buddies says minority are responsible for dropping rubbish
A charity that works to keep the Island's coast free from rubbish says it's "100% behind" a Douglas Councillor's calls for fines for those who drop litter.
Ritchie McNicholl recently voiced support for increased financial penalties for those caught littering in the Island's capital.
Beach Buddies has campaigned for such a move over the last 10 years, and says litter can be damaging to the environment and wildlife.
