Salvation Army received almost 500 gifts last year
An Isle of Man charity is once again asking members of the public to donate toys this Christmas.
Every year the Salvation Army appeals for people to give new gifts to families struggling financially.
Thousands of presents were donated last year, helping around 500 children.

The charity adds that financial contributions are also welcome from those who can't donate a physical gift.
