Graih concerned by failures in system
There needs to be more support in place to help and protect vulnerable people who face eviction.
That comes from Homeless charity Graih, after the story of a man's eviction from a local authority property in Douglas was published in its monthly newsletter, the Graih Gazette.
Ross Ward has since died.
The charity's Michael Manning says Mr Ward's plight highlights failures in the system, whereby he wasn't able to access the help he needed quickly enough:
