Isle of Play now offering one-to-ones with struggling children
There's going to be a massive need for teachers to focus on the social aspects of school after lockdown.
That's according to Isle of Play, a local charity which focuses on making sure children get the opportunity to fulfil their playing-out needs.
The organisation has been working with Swansea University, researching the negative mental and physical effects of play deprivation, and has been conducting one-to-one sessions with both parents and kids who've been struggling with the recent lack of social interaction.
Chris Gregory from the charity says they plan on keeping an eye on behaviour changes as kids return to their sessions:
