Soundcheck considers applications for financial assistance from young people involved in performing arts
An Island-based charity has gifted a 'talented young musician' with a new harp for her 'outstanding contribution to Manx music'.
Resa Brown began learning at a young age and now regularly performs in concerts as a soloist and accompanies folk dancers at Ny Fenee.
The instrument was built specifically for her by Irish company Killarney Harps.
The charity has previously supported the Shennaghys Jiu Celtic music and dance festival, Yn Draamey charity and Isle of Man Battle of the Bands.
