Free lunches will once again be on offer starting later this month thanks to Age Concern Isle of Man and the Manx Legion.
They're once again joining forces to provide the winter warmers at the Legion's branch on Market Street in Douglas.
Charity representatives will be on hand to answer any questions and offer support.
Four dates have been released, starting on 25 January, each sponsored by a different organisation.
They are as follows:
Thursday 8th February - Royal Artillery Association
Thursday 22nd February - Royal Artillery Association
