There's a chance to go on the cycle ride of a lifetime this year in sunny California and raise money for the Island's hospice at the same time.
The organised 'Surf, Celebs and Sunshine ride' from San Francisco to Los Angeles will cover more than 500 miles in eight days.
Riders will pedal through stunning landscapes taking in famous sites like Big Sur, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Malibu and the Golden Gate bridge.
Adventure company Greenrock is giving a presentation on the trip at The British pub on North Quay in Douglas this Thursday night (31 January).
It'll cost around £3,500 to take part which includes fund raising.
The trip is planned for 1 - 12 October and Thursday's presentation is from 5.30 -7.30pm at The British, North Quay, Douglas.
