Warning issued after incidents on Monday night
Manx addiction charity Motiv8 is urging heroin users not to take the drug alone and to carry life-saving Naloxone kits after two near-fatal overdoses on the Island last night.
Police and Manx Care has issued urgent advice after the incidents, saying the two individuals survived only thanks to medical intervention.
Anyone who recently took heroin is told to seek medical advice, whilst those with it in their possession are urged to dispose of it immediately.
