Kane Limited behind other stores in Douglas
The Island’s Chief Minister says he's as confident as he can be the latest proposed development at Lord Street will go ahead.
Yesterday (Thursday), Manx Radio revealed details of the plan which includes a hotel, cinema, residential apartments, car parking, retail facilities and a bus interchange.
Isle of Man-based property developer Kane Limited, established by local businessman Stephen Bradley, is behind the £25 million project.
