Business community hears optimistic outlook
The chief minister has given an optimistic view of the Island's financial future, at a conference in Douglas.
Howard Quayle addressed the annual AICP State of the Nation event at the Villa Marina this morning.
In his speech he previewed an announcement that a blockchain office is to be set up on the Island.
