The Chief Minister says the Island's border policy has ensured the hospital remains Covid free and schools can reopen.
Howard Quayle was speaking live on ITV's Good Morning Britain earlier today, following the end of lockdown.

Mr Quayle said the rules are tough, but they've enabled the Island to return to normal:
