Kier Starmer's presence at BIC summit a 'refreshing change' says Cannan
The appearance of the UK Prime Minister at the latest British Irish Council meeting in Edinburgh is a 'refreshing change'.
That's the view of Chief Minister Alfred Cannan who's been speaking to Manx Radio from the summit.
The main talking point at the gathering has been the move towards renewable energy.
Mr Cannan says there's consensus within the council of the need to ensure everybody is brought along on the journey.
