The Chief Minister says he's encouraged by the latest unemployment figures.
Government data for April shows joblessness is at its lowest level for almost four years.
At the end of last month, there were 834 people looking for work, a fall of 31 from March's total.
According to the statistics, those most likely to be out of work are men in their 20s in the construction industry.
The Island's unemployment rate currently stands at 1.9 per cent compared to 5.5 per cent in the UK.
