Alfred Cannan blames slow release of government land by some departments
The chief minister says it's 'frustrating' the Manx Development Corporation hasn't been able to make more progress.
The arms-length organisation was created at the start of this administration in 2021 with the purpose of developing government-owned brownfield sites.
Since then, it's only completed one project - the redevelopment of the old nurse's home on Westmoreland Road.
But Alfred Cannan says he'd hoped it would have been able to achieve more by now:
