Incremental approach is right way says Quayle
A 'big bang' style overhaul of the civil service isn't the right way for the Isle of Man to go.
That's from the Chief Minister Howard Quayle.
It follows comments from the Douglas East MHK Chris Robertshaw - calling again for a redesign of the civil service.
Mr Robertshaw has been a long-time advocate on this approach and revisited the debate after an open letter from the States of Guernsey Chief Executive, outlined details to overhaul their service.
Mr Quayle says he's confident an incremental approach is the right way.
