Howard Quayle praises perseverance despite weather conditions
A special thanks has been given to TT organisers after practice week has been mired by bad weather.
The Chief Minister Howard Quayle has made the comments following a number of delays and cancellations throughout the week.

Mr Quayle says the Manx attitude means we persevere:
