Howard Quayle probed in Tynwald
The chief minister won't rule out abolishing the Department of Home Affairs.
Howard Quayle was probed on the matter in Tynwald, by Speaker Juan Watterson.
It followed an exchange regarding the delay in appointing a Justice Secretary - a question from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
Mr Watterson wanted to know how it would affect the current system:
