Prosecution offers no evidence
Seven charges against a man from Ramsey have been dismissed after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Raymond Carl Butler of Mooragh Promenade had been accused of seven counts of possessing, making or publishing indecent images of children.
However, appearing before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes, the 52-year-old was told the charges have been dropped.
