
Primary school pupils from across the Island descended on Conrhenny Plantation this morning to plant saplings.
500 children have been growing trees in class projects and today was the big day when they finally put them in the ground.
The mass planting is part of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture's "Trees for Life" initiative.
