John Spellman outlines priorities for charity
The Children's Centre needs to get back to basics.
That's the view of the chair of the trustees, John Spellman.
He was speaking following the announcement that CEO Fiona Dawson is stepping down after nearly 4 years in the role.
She's overseen many changes during a turbulent period for the organisation, during which time the number of people working there was cut from around 200 to just 20.
Mr Spellman will head up the Centre until a new CEO is appointed.
Speaking on Mandate this morning, he outlined what he saw as the way forward:
Man who launched attack on van driver sentenced
RNLI's last serving Mersey class boat visits the Island
Double victory for Island's heritage railways
Demolition work to get underway on Douglas high street site
Pan-Island Skills Test returns to the Isle of Man
