The Island's Children's Champion thinks parents have the right to know how Manx primary schools are performing against UK benchmarks.
The debate over whether or not to publish league tables for the Island's schools has erupted this week, after an independent researcher used Freedom of Information to unearth statistics which seem to suggest our primary schools aren't doing too well.
Garff MHK Daphne Caine says if they are accurate, the figures given are quite surprising:
