The Chief Minister has arrived in China ahead of a visit designed to reinforce and forge new business and political links between the two countries.
In an intensive schedule, Allan Bell and government representatives will hold meetings in four cities this week, including Beijing and Shanghai.
Mr Bell admits there is an element of David and Goliath between the nations but insists the Island only needs to attract a tiny proportion of Chinese business to reap benefits:
