About 12 barrels of potatoes will be used
A chippy owner estimates he will use about 12 barrels of potatoes today, which marks Chips, Cheese and Gravy Day.
Dave Matthews owns Peel Fisheries Chippy and Delivery as well as Cod and Castle in the west of the Island.
He says each year there's a 'massive hype' around it turning an average Monday into a good one for businesses:
