Annual lunches give students a chance to develop their skills
UCM's training restaurant 'Oastan' is once again inviting diners to book tables for its popular Christmas lunches.
They will go on sale from 22 October at the restaurant's annual Christmas Bookings Coffee Morning between 8.30am and 10.30am.
The Christmas lunches have become a seasonal favourite and the chance to support students as they develop their skills in a professional restaurant environment.
