A series of small Christmas trees lining the harbour side in Castletown are to 'test the water' for enhancing the area.
Commissioner Colin Leather says the plants were used during a cycling race to mark out a crossing point and have since been left out for 'decoration'.
He's confirmed they'll be going back to Market Square for the festive season.
