'If there's no snow that's great. But if there is, your planning will have helped you have a less stressful day'
Civil Defence Isle of Man says 'personal planning' is key ahead of possible snow this weekend.
The agency has issued advice for residents, saying it will help you have a less stressful day if snow does materialise.
It says to 'make sure you have enough essentials so there's no need to pop to the shops', and to 'work with your neighbours to put some grit on the paths and roads by your houses'.
An amber weather warning for snow will be in place from 11pm tonight until 3am on Monday.
