Volunteers assisting ambulance service during pandemic
Civil Defence volunteers are playing a critical role in the Isle of Man's response to the coronavirus pandemic.
That's according to Department of Home Affairs Chief Executive Dan Davies.
The organisation is made up of around 50 volunteers who are trained in search and rescue, flood response and providing support in response to major incidents.
Mr Davies explained how they're supporting the emergency services:
