Kerry Sharpe raises concerns about government culture
A member of the Legislative Council says some civil servants on the Island feel 'effectively gagged' and afraid of speaking 'out of line'.
In this month's Tynwald, Kerry Sharpe raised concerns about government culture during a debate about the Cabinet Office Departmental Plan.
