Morale among public transport workers at 'rock bottom' says minister
The minister in charge of the Island's horse trams says claims that the Department of Infrastructure is trying to stop the tracks being extended to the Sea Terminal are 'unhelpful'.
Heritage campaigner Charles Guard recently told a Tynwald committee he believes a row between highways and railways has blocked progress.
But Chris Thomas insists that's not the case and plans to seek funding to complete the single track on Loch Promenade are being worked on.
He also says morale among those working in public transport is at an all-time low:
