Second departmental resignation
A second political member has resigned from the Department of Health and Social Care.
Douglas East MHK Clare Bettison tendered her resignation at the end of last week but has not elaborated on her decision.
She's the second member to step down from the department in the last nine months.
In March, Onchan member Rob Callister resigned, citing personal reasons and a difference of opinion with Minister Kate Beecroft.
Mrs Beecroft is currently ill and away from work.
James Davis confirmed the position on Agenda last night (Monday).
