Should Manx Steam Packet staff have been self-isolating when off duty?
That’s the question which remains unanswered today after confusion over Covid-19 protocols.
Yesterday the chief minister was asked to clarify the rules that crew followed after a staff member tested positive for coronarvirus:
However that response was challenged by Paul Moulton, from Isle of Man Television, who told the public health director it was at direct odds to what was actually happening:
Manx Radio has approached the Steam Packet Company and the Manx Government for clarification – both have declined to comment.
