Chris Swallow died following crash at Ballaugh
An inquest has heard a rider who died during this year's Classic TT suffered an "unsurvivable head fracture".
Coroner of Inquests Jayne Hughes opened and adjourned the hearing into the death of Chris Swallow at Douglas courthouse this morning.
The 37-year-old, who was born in Huddersfield but lived in New Zealand, was killed in a crash at Ballaugh during the Senior Classic TT race last month.
Mrs Hughes also offered her condolences to his family.
