Further update expected by 11am
The start of today's Classic TT racing has been delayed by two hours due to the weather forecast.
The Clerk of the Course has confirmed roads around the Mountain Course will now not close until 11.30am.
Heavy rain is forecast this morning, which will require time for roads to dry before today's schedule can commence.
Kirsty Pendlebury from Ronaldsway Met Office says it's expected from between 7am-8am and will clear around lunch time, adding this evening is looking better:
A further update will be issued by race organisers by 11am.
